Our new unique control panel allows users to add video and flash files to the VCAB online publication. A simple drag and drop system will allow you to accurately place your rich media on any page.

Send to friend
Send a page to your friend, this is a simple way to include someone else. You simply select the 'send to a friend' option and they will automatically receive a link which will take them straight to the VCAB.

Digital Rights Management
Our improved Digital Rights Management services give a new way of protecting that sensitive, important or precious information. YOU choose who can view or not view that report, quote or even just a family photo album.

VCAB Directory
Need to get your VCAB seen? Using the VCAB Directory can help! This part of the VCAB system is loved by search engines and can really help get you seen. Need to keep things private? No problem, you can switch it off.

Text Detection
With VCAB and Flexipage technology, your original PDF can be transformed into a powerful tool. The inbuilt text search capabilities means that readers can instantly find the relevant information.

Hyperlink Detection
With hyperlink detection, you don't have to manually add your links. The VCAB system will automatically assign links to http, www and mailto: text it finds during the creation process.

FTP Access
