ALL NEW Support Ticket System:
The VCAB Support Ticket System is new to the latest Control Panel and is the quick and easy way to keep in touch with any queries, questions of issue that you may be having.
| • | To create a new ticket, simply click on the Support Tickets link on the left hand tool bar of the Control Panel. |
| • | You'll be presented with a simple set of text boxes in which you can |
| • | Name the issue you are having, |
| • | Select the Topic of the Issue, |
| • | And add details of the issue or question that you are having. |
| • | Clicking on the Submit Ticket button will send this through to VCAB where a technician will be assigned your query and will be tasked with dealing with it. |
| • | This ticket will become immediately viewable in the main Tickets Screen and clicking on it will expand the ticket to allow you to see responses. |
| • | You can also add your own updates here and when relevant, close the ticket with your choice of options of service. |
| • | By choosing the Open link at the top, you can see all the tickets you currently have that are still open or have been updated. |
| • | The Closed or All links at the top enable you to have an overview of either your previously closed tickets or every ticket that you have created. |
