Publication Setup:

VCAB Name:

Change the name of your VCAB to whatever you wish

Short Link IDs:

The short link ID can be used to shorten and personalize the link to a VCAB. Whatever you specify in the short link ID field can be added to the end of the following link to create a short link:

http://link.vcab.com/?

E.g.

http://link.vcab.com/?gbp (the text in the short link field would be ‘gbp’).

Applying a short link:

•	Select the VCAB you wish to apply a short link to.

•	Once selected you will see thumbs in the centre of the panel and ‘VCAB Options’ down the left hand side of the screen.

•	Select the ‘Publication set up’ option.

•	You will now see a ‘short link ID’ field. Please enter in here what you want the short link ID to be (e.g. air_stream).

•	Save the change.

Width and Height:

Change the dimensions of your VCAB here and click save then Force a re-compile

N.B the Default for a normal A4 portrait is 443 x 632

Crop Width and Height:

You can crop the VCAB here to get everything perfect. great for those print ready crop marks.

Crop dimensions are set as a percentage. We would recommend that for standard crop marks 8% for width and height would be suffiicient.
