Publication Preferences:

When a VCAB is selected within the control panel, you can click ‘Publication Preferences’ from the options on the left to bring up further settings.  By default the “show in search VCAB” option is always ticked, meaning it will be included within the VCAB directory as well as being searchable in Google and such like.

Un-ticking this option will result in the VCAB only being viewable by those who have been provided with the link.

Highlight Links on drop page:

This option will momentarily highlight every link on the page that you turn to on the VCAB

AutoFlip:

This option will make you VCAB turn it's pages automatically every 5 seconds

Show In Search VCAB:

Un-ticking this option will result in the VCAB only being viewable by those who have been provided with the link.

No Zoom:

This option will disable the Zoom function of the VCAB, both as a button and on the actual VCAB itself.

Open VCAB Centred:

This option enables you to start the VCAB on either the right and side or in the centre.

Protect using DRM:

This option helps you protect your VCAB from unwanted visitors. adding a full URL in the access box will allow the VCAB to be viewed ONLY when linked to from this URL.
