Previewing and Finalization

Previewing and Finalizing:

Once you have created a new VCAB this is in ‘preview’ mode. This will allow you to make any changes you require and ensure the VCAB is 100% accurate before you proceed to finalising. We stress that the VCAB is checked and approved before finalising because progressing to the next stage will use your page credits and should you later require further changes then you will be debited the page credits again.

Once you are happy with your VCAB and wish to proceed simply select the desired VCAB and click ‘Final / Live’ which can be found at the bottom of the screen on the control panel. Immediately all pages will have a padlock beneath and you will see the appropriate amount of page credits will instantly be debited.

When you preview the VCAB the ‘preview only’ water mark will be removed and your VCAB is now ready to be used in a live environment.
