Adding video and flash:
| • | First select the VCAB you wish to add a video to from the ‘Select/Manage VCABs’ drop down menu. |
| • | Select ‘Document Upload’ from the options on the left. This will open a browse box. Browse for the file and ensure the two tick boxes are un-ticked before clicking ‘Upload’. |
| • | When all thumbs appear again you can click on the page you wish to add to and this will bring up further options. |
| • | Clicking on the ‘Add Links, .flv’s and .swf’s’ button will take you to a new page where you can add your file to the page. |
| • | The file will now be displayed in the ‘Library’ to the right of the screen. Clicking ‘Add to page’ will then drop the file on to the thumb in the centre of the screen. |
| • | Selecting the arrow icon and then clicking within the file will bring up a red border. When this is done you can change the position, size and dimension of the video. |
| • | Clicking ‘save changes’ will update this change. |
Please note: your files must be in either .flv or .swf format.
